At Book Yoga in Rishikesh, students are provided with three fresh Sattvic meals daily, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with no compromise on quality or taste. Each meal is enriched with fruits, salads, and traditional Indian dishes, offering a variety of nutrient-rich foods to support your yoga journey. Our goal is to offer an authentic yogic lifestyle, where pure, Ayurvedic nutrition enhances your yoga practice. After completing your training, you will not only carry valuable knowledge and skills but also fond memories of the nourishing and flavorful meals that contributed to your transformational journey.

| 06:15 AM | Shatkarma/Yogic cleansing (Before starting up with Yoga asanas, yoga cleansing will help you clean up your eyes, respiratory systems and tone up your intestine) |
| 06:30 AM | Pranayama and Chanting (As soon as you are done with yoga cleansing, yoga pranayama and mantra chanting will give you a boost for yoga asana. It will bring a lot of positivity and energy to your body, mind and soul |
| 07:30 AM | Yoga Asana (Till at this time your mind and body is ready for yoga asanas. Book Yoga in Rishikesh Yoga gurus will guide you and teach you various types of asanas during this session. check out the Book Yoga in Rishikesh asana course module) |
